Barack Obama is tracking your every move

Dear Friends & Fellow Patriots, According to the Los Angeles Times, liberal Democratic U. S. Senators Ron Wyden of Oregon and Mark Udall of Colorado, have proclaimed that the Patriot Act's surveillance powers are being used far more expansively than most Americans realize.  The article went on to say that “they can't disclose what they know, they said, because the documents that detail how the Obama Administration implements the act are classified. As members of the Intelligence Committee, Wyden and Udall are privy to secret briefings…But in a statement before the vote, Udall said the law allows the government to ‘target individuals who have no connection to terrorist organizations, and collect business records on law-abiding Americans, without any connection to terrorism.’" Despite the secrecy surrounding the Patriot Act, in recent court filings, supporters of the U. S. Constitution have learned that the United States Department of Justice is tracking U.S. citizens via GPS devices--without court approved search warrants!  Congress must intervene!  Please send faxes, NOW, to every Member of Congress, demanding that your elected representatives rein in the Obama U. S. Justice Department. You see, Barack Obama believes that the U. S. Department of Justice, headed by his good friend and ally, Attorney General Eric Holder, has the right to use a Global Positioning System (GPS) device to track anyone that it “suspects” might be breaking the law.  And they claim that they are able to do it without obtaining a Court approved search warrant! This is a gross violation of our rights under the Fourth Amendment to the U. S. Constitution, and USJF is fighting this claim in court—RIGHT NOW.  USJF just filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in the matter of U.S. v. Antoine Jones, in an attempt to stop these warrantless invasions of your privacy. However, we also need Congress to weigh in on this matter, to make sure that Mr. Obama’s Justice Department is stopped from tracking any more U.S. citizens using these small, covert, transmitters without a Judge approving the “probable cause” to do so. Please fax every member of Congress, RIGHT NOW, to tell them to take action to stop this illegal, un-Constitutional, invasion of your Constitutional right to privacy! Imagine the power that the federal government will have over you and over me if Barack Hussein Obama’s agents are allowed to continue to place tiny GPS tracking devices in our cars without obtaining a search warrant.  All that they claim to need is a “suspicion” that you “might” commit a crime at some point in time in the future in order to track you wherever you go. Business leaders who contribute to Barack Obama’s opponents could be tracked merely because the Administration “suspects” that they might be breaking some law. Obama Administration opponents could be tracked by government agents in an attempt to dig up “dirt” to blackmail them into silence. And ordinary citizens, like you and me, could be tracked by Barack Obama’s government allies to see if we attend tea party rallies, or political meetings, where what these left-wing zealots call “hate speech” --opposition to the United Nations, support for tradition marriage, opposition to the homosexual agenda, and backing gun rights -- is present.  Imagine being prosecuted for simply opposing the United Nations!  This is right along the lines of Mr. Obama’s Department of Homeland Security targeting gun owners, veterans, and UN opponents as “terrorists,” which became public in 2009. It won’t stop there, either.  Soon, the federal government will no longer even pretend that it is trying to enforce the law by using these devices. Anyone who dares to oppose Barack Hussein Obama will be subject to this unconstitutional scrutiny. Please understand.  Barack Obama’s Department of Justice claims to have the power, right now, to track U.S. citizens WITHOUT EVER HAVING TO OBTAIN A SEARCH WARRANT FROM A JUDGE. There would be no way to stop Barack Hussein Obama from using this power as a political club against patriotic Americans like you and me. If you speak out against Mr. Obama – you could be tracked by government agents. If you make a political contribution to an opponent of Mr. Obama – you could be monitored by U. S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s Justice Department.   People used to think that this kind of thing could never happen in America.  However, it is happening--TODAY. This battle against Barack Obama’s unconstitutional power grab is going on right now, and I and the rest of USJF’s legal staff are in the thick of it. And we need you to join us in this fight. Please, fax every Member of Congress, NOW, and demand that it take action to put a stop to these unconstitutional invasions of your privacy. “Federal law enforcement” is already using these GPS devices to track Americans without a search warrant.  You could have one of these transmitters secretly hidden on your car, right now, just because you’ve spoken out against the Obama Administrations' policies, or you have questioned Mr. Obama’s eligibility to serve as President! That is why we are fighting the Obama Administration over this issue at the U. S. Supreme Court.  However, we cannot afford to wait until the Supreme Court rules on this issue.  We must stop these warrantless GPS tracking operations, and we must stop them now.

Rights

All human beings, regardless of color, shape, or age, have the right to protect themselves from harm, danger, pain, cruelty, etc. Anyone saying otherwise, should be killed immediately.

If a seat belt would cause death, as it does in many cases, the driver then, has the right to blow the head off of anyone that requires a buckle-up.

There are thousands of examples of cases where the government has over stepped it's bounds. An airline says it has the right to feel your genitals if you are to board their plane. However, if you refuse the sexual assault, the government will arrest you.

Illegal aliens claim to have a right to welfare, food stamps, to speak Spanish, and to deal drugs.

A right is defined as  that which is due to anyone by just claim, legal guarantees, moral principles, etc. so long as it requires absolutely no action on the part of another human being.

Therefore, anyone that says free medical care, welfare, food stamps, etc. is a right, is a total retard and should be killed as soon as possible because all of these things require an action by another person, ie. Someone else has to pay for it.

A true right, like the right to defend yourself, requires no action of any kind by anyone else.

Perhaps it is time to start killing the scumbags and devil worshiping ass holes that define a right in any other way.
